Steven Rosenberg Honored by Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City

Rosenberg & Fecci is proud to celebrate Managing Partner Steven Rosenberg on being honored by Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City at the organization's 28th Annual Accountants & Bankers Reception held on May 14, 2026. Steven was recognized alongside fellow honorees Tamra Postiglione of Flagstar and Salvatore Leone of Citrin Cooperman for their commitment to mentorship, leadership, and community impact.
The annual event brought together leaders from the accounting, banking, finance, and business communities in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City, the nation's first and New York City's largest youth mentoring organization. Since its founding in 1904, the organization has been dedicated to creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships that empower young people to achieve their full potential.
This year's reception was an incredible success, raising more than $318,000—funding enough to create 79 new mentoring matches between caring adult mentors ("Bigs") and young people ("Littles"). The impact of these relationships extends far beyond the classroom, helping to build confidence, expand opportunities, and shape the next generation of leaders.
Steven's recognition reflects not only his professional accomplishments but also his longstanding belief in the importance of mentorship, education, and giving back to the community. Throughout his career, Steven has dedicated himself to supporting emerging professionals, fostering growth within the secured finance industry, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.
"We are incredibly proud of Steven for receiving this well-deserved honor," said the Rosenberg & Fecci team. "His leadership, generosity, and commitment to mentoring have had a lasting impact on our firm, our industry, and the communities we serve."
Rosenberg & Fecci extends its congratulations to all of the evening's honorees, including Legacy of Excellence Award recipient Abby Parsonnet, and applauds Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City for its continued work in creating brighter futures through mentorship.
We are honored to support organizations that make such a meaningful difference and congratulate Steven on this outstanding recognition.
