Steven M. Rosenberg

Managing Partner

Steve has over 25 years of experience in the field examination and asset-based lending industry and has the following qualifications:

  • Former chairman of the “Cooperation with Bankers and Other Credit Grantors” committee of the NYSSCPA.
  • Author of six articles on the subject of field examinations appearing in The CPA Journal (8/97), The Secured Lender (1/00) and The Secured Lender (8/03), The Secured Lender (7/05), The Secured Lender (4/09), ABF Journal (5/14)
  • Has testified as an expert witness in US Bankruptcy court.Has provided forensic evidence used by civil and criminal prosecutors, Secret Service and the FBI in lender fraud cases.

Ted Gibbon

Partner, Director or Human Resources

Ted has over 17 years of field examination experience and 15+ years of operational experience at three Fortune 500 companies as a Business Unit Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and Customer Financial Services/Pricing Analyst. His background contributes to a leadership role in manufacturing, technology, staffing and investment banking field examinations.  As a Partner and Director of Human Resources, Ted is responsible for recruiting, training, template development, field examination procedures and staff development.


M. Philip Guba

M. Philip Guba

Partner, Director of Commodity Field Exam Group

Philip has over 20 years of experience as a field examiner. In addition he has 12 years of banking experience as a corporate banking officer, credit officer, credit manager and credit analyst. R&F specializes in providing field examinations to lenders with commodity divisions with specific experience in energy, ESCO's, metals (ferrous & non-ferrous), grain, sugar, cocoa, coffee, chemicals and fuel. Phil oversees the majority of the commodity related field exams, Phil gained his exposure to commodities as the credit manager of the precious metals management division of Engelhard Corporation (now BASF).

Barry Fecci

Partner, Office Manager (CT)

Barry has over 20 years of experience as a field examiner. Barry also has over 8 years of experience working for a CPA firm preparing individual, corporate and not-for-profit tax returns and year-end financial statement audits. Barry manages the growing Connecticut office and also plays an essential part in the growth and development of our junior field examiner staff.

Michael Ticehurst

Michael A. Ticehurst

Partner, Director of Business Development

Michael has over 17 years of experience as a field examiner. Michael handles routine field exams across all industries as well as effectively managing large, complicated multi-location or multi-entity requests.  Michael plays an essential role in the growth, mentoring and development of the field examiner staff at R&F. He is very involved in developing the company’s field exam policies and procedures and is also heavily involved in business development. Michael holds a BS and an MBA in finance from Monmouth University. Michael is currently on the Executive Board of the NY Chapter of the Secured Finance Network, serving as Treasurer, and previously served on the NJ Chapter of the Secured Finance Network (Previously Commercial Finance Association) as President and Chairperson.  In 2017, Michael was named as a recipient of the “CFA 40 Under 40” award presented by the Commercial Finance Association.  

Stephen Culloo

Stephen Culloo

Partner, Director of MRR Field Exam Group

Stephen has over 12 years of experience as a field examiner and is proficient in modern technology and service-based exams, including monthly recurring revenue (MRR). Stephen was hired as a college graduate from the University of South Carolina where he received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance, Economics & Real Estate. Stephen also volunteers as a big brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth & Middlesex Counties.

Robert Reidy
PARTNER

Robert Reidy

Partner, Director of Operations

Robert has over 15 years of administrative and business experience.  He received his BA in Political Science with a dual Minor in English and Journalism and Public Relations from Seton Hall University in 2008 and earned his MA in Public Policy from Monmouth University in 2010. As the Director of Operations, he is the key contact between the Lender and Examiner.
