Traditionally R&F has performed all field exams onsite. As we are in the midst of a global pandemic we have shifted our model to assure the health and well-being of our clients, partners, colleagues and their families are protected. As a result, we have developed a hybrid model. We are able and equipped to securely perform the field exam remotely as well as onsite for a portion of the time as necessary. Our technology and security measures enable us to work seamlessly from remote locations without impacting our collaborative efforts with the Lender.
