Rosenberg & Fecci Welcomes Their Newest Partner

Rosenberg & Fecci Consulting, LLC is pleased to announce that Edward C. Gibbon has been admitted to the LLC as a partner. Mr. Gibbon joined Rosenberg & Fecci in 2003 and is currently a Field Examination Manager as well as the Director of Human Resources. In addition to his administrative roles, Mr. Gibbon is also primarily responsible for coordinating and managing R&F’s larger investment banking field examinations.
He brings 20 years of Fortune 300 company experience in the aircraft manufacturing, consumer products and telecommunications software development industries. Mr. Gibbon’s previous position was the Director of Finance for a business unit at Telcordia Technologies and CFO of a software development company acquired by Telcordia. As a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis in the Consumer Division of Philips Lighting, he was responsible for budgeting, control and collections functions. At United Technologies, Sikorsky Aircraft he analyzed pricing proposals and worked with financial institutions to structure helicopter leasing programs.
Mr. Gibbon is a graduate from Gettysburg College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and received an MBA in Finance from the University of Rhode Island. Mr. Gibbon resides in Monmouth County with his wife and two children.
