Our firm has eight full time
field examiners (no per-diem). Seven of our employees are located in
New Jersey and one is located in Connecticut. We also have
associations with other firms around the country. This
provides us with the ability to have "out-of-state" test
counts performed at a daily rate plus minimal travel
cost. |

We serve some of the largest commercial banks and finance companies, as well as small to mid-size banks, finance companies and factors. |

Our group has been performing field examinations and other lender services since January 1996 (over 10 years). We have grown every year since we began. We attribute our growth to providing excellent service. |

It is important to note that we consider our staff to be field examiners and business consultants. Our senior staff averages over 10 years of business experience in addition to their field examination experience. |
